heya, I'm conq. I care very deeply about art! I'm an inveterate reader above all else - here's a short bit about the time I read so many books it ruined my life (serialsevens.substack.com/p/my-strange-addiction). that piece got me into Inkhaven (plzdontkillus for writing), so I'm an old hand at the "churning out the daily dough at Lighthaven" thing.

I confess that for the longest time I thought I was better than the masses because I read books rather than watch short-form video content - but then I tried it a few months ago and was completely blown away! On the last day of Inkhaven I published my paean to Instagram Reels (Cannibal Media: in praise of Instagram Reels).

In my daytime life I study AI stuff at ETH Zurich (the "MIT of Europe," which just means it doesn't have air conditioning) so I'm pretty woke about the idea of AI killing us all. I'm split between dedicating myself to safety vs just having as much fun as humanly possible in our pre-apocalypse.
